Getting Started

Start with credentials, setup steps, and the key guides for this pair.

24seven Office

api_key · Until rotated, replaced, or revoked by the vendor

5-15 minutes once the credentials have been issued
  1. 1

    Confirm the correct environment

Decide whether you need test or live credentials before requesting anything.

  2. 2

Request the credentials from the responsible party

Ask your 24seven Office contact, implementation partner, or Junipeer contact for the credentials intended for this integration.

  3. 3

    Receive the credentials securely

Make sure the API key and any companion values are shared through a secure channel and labelled for the correct environment.

  4. 4

    Paste the values into Junipeer

Enter the vendor-issued credentials in the Junipeer connector settings when the setup asks for them.

  5. 5

    Run a connection test

Verify that the credentials work before enabling the live integration.

Klarna

api_key · Until rotated, replaced, or revoked

5 minutes
  1. 1

Open Merchant Portal or contact Klarna support

Retrieve the API credentials from the Klarna Merchant Portal. If they are not available there, contact your regional Klarna merchant support team.

  2. 2

    Locate the API key

Find the API key that matches the environment you want to use. Klarna API keys follow the format `klarna_<live|test>_api_...`.

  3. 3

    Save the credential details securely

If Merchant Portal also shows a UUID username together with the API key, save that as well in case a legacy username/password client needs it.

  4. 4

    Confirm the environment

Use test credentials for playground or testing, and switch to live credentials when you are ready for production.

  5. 5

    Paste the credentials into Junipeer

Enter the Klarna API key in Junipeer. Only add the UUID username if Junipeer or the specific integration setup explicitly asks for it.
